Our Commitment to Quality: The D & W Process
Quality is not an accident; it is the result of a rigorous, controlled process. We adhere to strict industry standards at every stage to ensure your final product delivers long-lasting performance and value.
Grade Aluminium: We use high-grade aluminium alloys (typically 6063-T5 or similar) known for their excellent strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance.
Quality Check: All incoming profiles and glass panels are thoroughly inspected for dimensional accuracy, surface finish uniformity (e.g., powder coating or anodizing thickness), and freedom from defects.
Accuracy: Using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery, profiles are cut with micron-level precision to ensure perfect 45-degree and 90-degree joints. This prevents misalignment and gaps, which are critical for structural integrity and sealing.
Joint Reinforcement: Corners are reinforced with specialized aluminium cleats and high-strength adhesives, ensuring the frame maintains its shape and rigidity for decades.
Certified Hardware: Only high-quality, corrosion-resistant hardware (hinges, locks, handles) is used and installed by certified technicians to guarantee optimal functionality and security.
Water & Air Tightness: We meticulously apply EPDM gaskets and sealants during the glazing and assembly process. This is the crucial step that ensures superior resistance to water infiltration and air leakage, improving the energy efficiency of your space.
4. Final Quality Control (QC) & Installation
Pre-Installation Check: Every finished door, window, or partition undergoes a final dimensional check and operational test before leaving our workshop.
Expert Installation: Our skilled installation teams ensure the product is aligned, squared, and securely fastened into the building structure, following the strictest tolerances to guarantee smooth operation and perfect sealing on-site.
